Overview

Facadia turns a single photo into a materials report (what's on a home's facade, roughly what it would cost to replicate or renovate), using AI vision analysis rather than a manual estimate. It runs as a public web app, with a free tier for casual use and a paid plan for homeowners, renovators and building-materials suppliers who need more analyses.

Facadia also feeds the rest of the platform: its material identification and valuation output is a data source for the Oracle's building-materials verification work, and supports DNY Building Supply's product presentation.

Pricing

  • Free: 3 analyses per month, 1 image per analysis
  • Paid (A$19/month): 20 analyses per month, up to 3 images per analysis
  • Extra credit packs available for occasional heavier use
  • Invalid images and failed analyses never consume credits

02

Budget Estimation

An automatic budget estimate is generated alongside the materials report, giving a starting point for renovation or new-build planning.
