Investors & Partners
DNY is building shared trusted-AI and physical-intelligence infrastructure and commercialising it through focused ventures. This page is a general overview for investors, government and institutional partners.
Important notice
This page is general information for preliminary discussion only. It is not a prospectus, product disclosure statement, offer document, recommendation, financial product advice or an invitation to acquire securities or tokens. No investment terms are final. Any offering would be structured and documented in accordance with applicable Australian law, including the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). Forward-looking statements are indicative only. Obtain independent legal, financial and tax advice before making any decision.
Six reasons the structure works
One foundation, many ventures
Trusted data, identity and audit are built once and reused by every venture, lowering the cost of each new business.
Capital-efficient
No frontier-model training. Investment goes into deployment tooling, integrations, governance and customer delivery.
Digital and physical
The same trusted AI reaches drones, robots and warehouses, sectors where Australian AI adoption is lowest.
Vendor-neutral
Multi-model, multi-cloud and multi-hardware architecture reduces concentration risk.
Delivery network
The OPC + FDE network turns pilots into deployments and repeatable solutions into new ventures.
Policy-aligned
Consistent with national goals for domestic AI capability, adoption and responsible deployment.
Prove, productise, scale, gateway
Prove
A small number of high-value deployments with measurable outcomes, led by FDEs.
Productise
Package repeatable agent workflows, deployment templates and connectors into ventures and services.
Scale
Grow through direct sales, technology partnerships and industry channels across Australia and New Zealand.
Gateway
A structured route for suitable international technology into Australia, and for Australian capability to reach global markets.
How the group makes money
Early revenue is weighted toward deployment and project work. The objective is to convert repeatable components into subscriptions, managed services and venture revenue.
- Managed deployment & hosting
- Platform subscriptions
- Agent-as-a-service
- Private & hybrid deployment
- Integration & implementation
- Support & maintenance
- Physical AI integration
- Venture revenue
What we seek, and what we do not claim
- Australian enterprise and industrial relationships
- A reusable deployment and governance stack across models
- Integrated software, agent, drone and robotics capability
- Local support, accountability and implementation know-how
- That we have no competitors
- That all “open” AI is free of licensing or IP risk
- That open models are always cheaper or safer
- That any venture has revenue, contracts or approvals beyond its stated status
- That AILH is owned or controlled by DNY unless formally documented
Before any raise
Clear entities
Each investable business sits in an identified Australian company that owns or validly licenses its IP.
Chain of title
