Core capabilities
Cross-border marketing content · Quoting & customer service · Translation · Trade data & insight
Relationship to DNY infrastructure: Runs trade agents on the open model layer, with product, document and trade records kept verifiable.
Most import-export businesses lose time and money on the same handful of problems: slow quoting, thin product content, patchy multilingual customer service, and no real record of what buyers actually want. This platform packages AI agents that solve each of those problems individually, and lets a trade enterprise adopt as many or as few as it needs.
It's built to work across trade corridors rather than around a single country: Australia, New Zealand, ASEAN and Oceania are the platform's initial focus, with individual trade lanes (including Australia–Asia-Pacific) served as one corridor among several rather than the platform's sole focus.
Who it's for
Manufacturers and trade enterprises expanding into new export markets
Cross-border e-commerce sellers
Building-materials and supply-chain traders
Brand owners and distributors who need a local presence without a local team
Core Capability Areas
Three layers of AI agents, built to be adopted independently
01
AI Content & Cross-border Marketing
AI product videos, AI digital-human presenters, short-form social content, multilingual product materials and brand storytelling, turning a manufacturer's factory capability, product range and case studies into content overseas buyers can actually understand.
02
AI Trade Operations
AI quoting, AI translation, AI customer service, an AI sales follow-up agent, AI CRM, an AI knowledge base and AI workflow tools, which cuts the operational overhead of running trade relationships across languages and time zones.
03
AI Trade Data & Insight
Trade-data management, SKU digital records, demand analysis and content-performance analytics, building a data layer that gets smarter with every quote, enquiry and shipment.
