An Australian commercialisation layer for open AI

DNY is positioned between global open AI technology and Australian enterprise deployment — creating value through localisation, security, integration, operations and support, with recurring revenue and industrial differentiation.

Investment Highlights

Why the deployment layer

01

Australian commercialisation layer

Positioned between global open AI and Australian enterprise deployment — localisation, security, integration, operations and support.

02

Capital-efficient strategy

No need for the capital intensity of training a frontier model; investment concentrates on product engineering, deployment tooling and customer acquisition.

03

Multi-model, vendor-neutral

Architecture designed to reduce concentration risk across models, clouds, hardware and agent protocols.

04

Recurring enterprise revenue

Managed platforms, agent subscriptions, support, hosting and managed infrastructure alongside implementation fees.

05

Industrial differentiation

AIHL and physical-AI use cases in warehousing, logistics and robotics — sectors where Australian AI adoption is low.

06

Policy alignment

Consistent with national goals: domestic capability, smart infrastructure, adoption, responsible deployment and international engagement.

Go-to-Market

Prove, productise, scale, gateway

1

Prove deployment in real environments

A small number of high-value use cases with measurable outcomes — AIHL as the principal industrial case, plus enterprise agent pilots.

2

Productise repeatable solutions

Package agent workflows, standardise private / hybrid templates, build connectors and managed service tiers.

3

Scale Australian adoption

Direct sales, technology partnerships and industry channels; shift revenue mix toward recurring platform, agent and managed infrastructure.

4

Australia as a global gateway

A selective inbound route for international open AI seeking Australian deployment, and support for Australian AI entering global markets.

Business Model

Revenue architecture

Early revenue is weighted toward project and deployment work; the medium-term objective is to convert repeatable components into subscriptions and managed services, increasing recurring revenue and gross margin.

Positioning & Discipline

What we seek — and what we don’t claim

Defensible advantages sought

  • Australian enterprise and industrial relationships
  • Reusable deployment and governance stack across models
  • AIHL and physical-industry proof points
  • Integrated software + agent + robotics capability
  • Local support and accountability
  • Accumulated implementation data and know-how

What we do not claim

  • That it has no competitors
  • That all “open” AI is free of licensing or IP risk
  • That open models are always cheaper or safer
  • That Alliance partners endorse the company without a written agreement
  • That AIHL is owned or controlled by the platform unless formally documented
Structure & Governance

Before any raise

Corporate structure

The investable business is housed in a clearly identified Australian operating company that owns or validly licenses the core commercial platform IP.

IP chain of title

Software, datasets, prompts, agent templates, brands and documentation are audited, with written assignment or licence from founders, employees and contractors, and open-source components inventoried.

Data rights

Customer data is not a platform asset merely because it is processed; contracts define ownership, processing, training permissions and cross-border transfer.

Governance priorities

Founder / shareholder roles, conflicts and related-party policy, separation of platform from Alliance, financial reporting, and cyber, privacy, AI-governance and open-source licence policies.

Funding round — to be confirmed

Round size and use of funds are planning assumptions only and will be confirmed alongside the hiring plan, AIHL scope and infrastructure strategy. A quantified market model will be added only after the pricing model, target customer count and initial pipeline are validated; no unsupported headline market-size figures are presented.
