We are seeking an experienced ICT Business Analyst to support our digital transformation, AI and technology projects and help translate business requirements into effective ICT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business and ICT requirements and identify opportunities for digital and process improvement.
- Gather, clarify and document requirements from business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Analyse and map business processes, workflows, systems and information flows.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and system specifications.
- Support the design and implementation of digital, AI and data-driven solutions.
- Prepare ICT business analysis documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, process maps and user stories.
- Conduct system gap analysis, feasibility assessments and business impact assessments.
- Support system implementation, user acceptance testing, training and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with developers, technology providers and business teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Data Analytics or a related field.
- Proven experience as an ICT Business Analyst, Business Analyst or in a similar technology-focused role.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis, system requirements and digital transformation.
- Experience preparing functional requirements, process documentation and user stories.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
- Knowledge of AI applications, data management, software solutions or system integration is highly regarded.
- Experience in cross-border trade or supply-chain technology is advantageous.
AI Solutions Architect
We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to design and support the implementation of AI-powered solutions across our business and technology projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design AI and technology solutions aligned with business and operational requirements.
- Develop solution architectures for AI applications, automation and data-driven platforms.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical and AI solution specifications.
- Evaluate AI technologies, platforms, APIs and third-party solutions for integration.
- Design system workflows, data flows and integration between AI applications and existing systems.
- Work with developers, technology providers and business stakeholders to support solution development and implementation.
- Conduct technical feasibility assessments, testing and solution optimisation.
- Support the continuous improvement and scalability of AI-enabled products and digital platforms.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in AI, software architecture, solution design or a related technology role.
- Understanding of AI technologies, APIs, data integration and cloud-based solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in AI applications, automation, digital platforms or system integration is highly regarded.
ICT Support Technician
We are seeking an ICT Support Technician to provide technical support and assist with the operation, maintenance and implementation of the Group’s ICT systems and digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for computers, software, networks and ICT systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and system-related issues.
- Install, configure and maintain ICT equipment, software and business applications.
- Monitor system performance and assist with troubleshooting and system maintenance.
- Support the implementation and configuration of new ICT systems and digital solutions.
- Assist users with technical issues and provide guidance on the use of ICT systems.
- Maintain technical documentation, system records and support procedures.
- Liaise with external technology providers and service partners when required.
- Support the ongoing improvement, security and reliability of ICT systems.
About You
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
- Experience in ICT technical support, systems administration or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks and business applications.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills.
- Experience supporting cloud systems, digital platforms or AI-related applications is highly regarded.
